We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to help with exchanges and or credit notes* for items received in pristine condition—exactly as they were when delivered.
To be eligible:
Submit a returns form within 3 days of receiving your order and return/dispatch the product to us within 7 working days of receiving your order. (available on our website or via WhatsApp).
