Refund and Exchange

Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges or issue credit notes for items returned in their original, unused condition. This policy applies to both in-store purchases and online orders. Orders received via delivery may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt/delivery.

To qualify for an exchange or credit note:
1.Submit a returns form after receiving your order. The form is available on our website or WhatsApp(On request).
2.Return or dispatch the product to us within 7 working days from the date of receipt/delivery, ensuring the returns order is included or shared via email prior to dispatch.
